How to initiate a return:

  • You will be sent instructions for returning your item.
  • Ship the product unused and in its original packaging to the address provided in the return instructions.

Important notes:

  • Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a defective item, an order that was sent incorrectly, or if the product was misdescribed.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise directed. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
  • Some items may be excluded from this guarantee—see the product description before purchasing.

Returning Items

  • You may return most eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns can only be initiated after the order is marked as shipped.
  • Unless otherwise stated, refund amounts correspond to the value of the returned items.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds are applied back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 days of receipt and processing.
  • Any applicable restocking fee, if applicable, will have been disclosed at checkout and noted on the packing slip.
  • For returns related to defective, misdescribed, or incorrect items, return‐shipping may be refunded—please initiate as directed.

Refunds, Credits and Timing

Defective Items

A defective item is one that fails to operate, but shows no visible damage. If you receive such an item, please follow the return instructions you received via email.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage, you should refuse delivery. If you accept the package but later discover shipping damage, initiate a return per the instructions and retain all packaging materials and paperwork to support any claim.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse or modifications after delivery.

APO/FPO Shipping

Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses are sent via Space Available Mail (SAM) and have no additional charge. Delivery may be delayed until the next available transport.

Price or Description Changes

All product prices, images, and descriptions on christmasvillagehouse.com are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. You agree to the price and terms at the time you place your order. We cannot refund price differences between different dates or promotions.

If your order is canceled after payment, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Timing will depend on your institution’s policies.
